They are but a few.  It goes beyond -  from janitors in Brooklyn to mad Indian cab drivers in Manhattan  they all share one thing in common - their quest for  the American Dream. Young Swedish Real Estate and Business Investor David Drake.

David Drake originally from Sweden is a NYC entrepreneur and Corporate Real Estate Manager who has been searching for the perfect exclusive place to open a nightclub in NYC for 6 months. But now at the last minute, his plans are thwarted by a competitor. Undaunted, he decides to develop something which is sitting right under his nose. His own loft apartment in Soho. For a while now he has been throwing informal networking parties for his friends and colleagues. With his yacht on the Hudson River, which he rents out for private parties, his Corporate Real Estate offices, and flourishing Security Systems company as well as a personal dresser and hairstylist, David is quite the "man about town" and seems to have it all going on....we find out how he does it and what it takes for someone to create their own "American Dream"

Set on Lafayette street in NY, David will begin to develop a string of exclusive "Members Only" loft style nightclub loft venues which encompass brand advertiser special events, as well as parties and social functions for the upwardly mobile CEO's, investors and hedge fund specialists who form his circle of friends. This elite crowd which he has gathered selectively, also represent David's exclusive niche and relationships with key financial wizards who "make it happen" in NYC. David decides to relax for the afternoon on his yacht but as the clock is ticking.....and with only a few minutes to go...he finds out that someone has screwed up the vital seating arrangements!...(you wouldn't want to be that someone - because he's a perfectionist) now there aren't enough tickets to go round... high-level powerbrokers, CEO's, business colleagues and clients are arriving...what will he do? .....what would you do?...let's find out..

David Drake's rise has become an inspiration for Swedes. Born and raised in Vasteras, the fifth largest city in Sweden, David experienced a typical Swedish childhood filled with academics and culture and in an effort to continue to practice these important ideals, he participated in an foreign exchange program that took him to the United States. Here, David achieved Summa Cum Laude accolades and made the decision to continue his educational pursuits in the United States. He completed both his undergraduate and graduate studies in our nation's capitol, attending American University and earning a Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry and Marketing. For his undergraduate accomplishments, David was given the prestigious Wallenberg Scholarship awarded for excellence in undergraduate academic merit, and decided to stay in Washington DC to attend graduate school at George Washington University. He went on to receive two graduate degrees from this university, including an MBA in Finance and an MA in International Law and Economics.
